ಮನಮೋಹಕ ವಾತಾವರಣ, ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ ಪರಿಸರ, ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗುಡ್ಡಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಎತ್ತರದ ಮರಗಳು, ಆಗಾಗ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಯಾವುದೋ ಮೂಲೆಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಧ್ವನಿಸುವ ನವಿಲುಗಳ ಕೂಗು .... ತಿಮ್ಮನಾಯಕನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಕೆರೆಯ ಸುಂದರ ಪರಿಸರ ಮನಸೂರೆಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿನ್ನೆ ಸೂರ್ಯಾಸ್ತದ ಹೊತ್ತಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥನ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೆವು.

Enchanting atmosphere, peaceful environment, surrounded by hills and tall trees, every now and then the sound of peacocks echoing from some corner of the hill....the beautiful environment of Thimmanayakanahalli lake is captivating. Viswanathan and I were there yesterday at sunset.
